Creative Workshops
You are required to provide personal information (Name, Email, Billing Information) at the point of booking either through our website (PayPal, Stripe) or via Eventbrite.
In advance of a workshop, we may contact you via email to provide you with information about the workshop you are due to attend. We give you the option of providing access requirements so that we can ensure that we can accommodated your needs.
We will only continue to contact you by email after the workshop if you give your consent for us to do so.
Creative Development Sessions
We collect the following information for a Creative Development session:
Your name
Your email address
Your Skype address
A synopsis of the project you submit for the session
A creative development document is produced during the session.
The synopsis you submit is stored securely in encrypted format in advance of the session. It is securely destroyed once the session has taken place. We will store the creative development document for 3 months post session (should you require additional copies), after which time it will be securely destroyed.
SOCIAL MEDIA
If you have chosen to connect with us via Social Media, you will already have an account with that platform and have reviewed and agreed to their Privacy Policy.
Our Facebook Group is a closed group and is monitored by One Fine Morning. We do not share details of members or information shared via the group with any other organisations or businesses apart from the platform (Facebook) who can access user information because they facilitate it. You can access the Privacy Policy about how they use your data on their website.
